I added 2/10th just by taping the sub up. If you want, before I decomission this box I'll measure with tape and then without. I dont know if taping port HELPED, but taping sub DID. 2/10th with 3 minutes of work sure doesnt hurt my feelings. Sorry it bothers you though Bean.

FYI I went to two shows this weekend, Friday night in Milford did a 153.5 and then made the trek over to New Bedford. Seemed like nearly everyone was down except me lol, did a 153.8. I changed a very minor setting in my deck and gained a bit, it was hotter than Haiti there too!

If anyone is interested in pics, I have some from the weekend. the new bedford show had a whopping 10 spl cars.

its a long *** road over from Cali to Maryland too... on the other hand, who knows how off that mic was?

I had a guy compete Saturday who said he was doing 55's on Bergeron's mic up here, and I was scared lol... he goes on Mike's mic and does a 49.5. So, all things being equal, i'd be concerned, but he could be on a jacked mic.

oh well. why two meters and two TL's?? my buddy just bought one and we were seeing how close they were to each other, thx.

My crx box sucked, the outside flanges were too large to fit all four on the bottom, so I had to stagger them.

Im concerned with SLAP, so I will build a SLAP box, and run with SLAP rules. If there is an occassional other show in the area, i'll build as necessary.

I want to lose up here, i've been to three shows and won all three, no need to show anyone more yet I guess.

put it this way, is a DD 9915 needed. I'm being patient and waiting as I have 4 box's sitting around, all that managed to do 146-147.4 with 1 12" and 1100 watts. i'm just being patient.

and to be honest, i typically disconnect my remote wire (i have a terminal behind my seat to unplug it even while driving) when I am not competing. I have had loud *** stereo's for the past 5 years, I think im growing out of street beating. Its just there if needed hehe...

what I really need is a good set of components with some nice strong midbass, that would help me out alot.
