Make a skeleton with MDF and then fleece over it.......

you could tape off the area then apply the mat and resin to the tape, let dry then remove and build from there

i know how to lay fiberglass and mold it... i want to know if there is an expanding foam that you can carve for a mold to get a more precise or complex form
