FI warrenty process

how fast does the FI warrenty process typically take?

One of my voice coils went out for some reason on my 12'' SSD. The tinsal leads (sp?) are still in good shape as far as I can see.

Ive got a car show coming up soon and want to know if I'll have a sub or not...

check the coil yet? or put a dmm to the leads?

I already sent a email.

I can hook one voice coil directly to my amp and it will work, the other... nothing...

it just cut out completely on me one night. I drove for about a half hour before I was able to get home and pull it out of the box. (checked wiring and known good amp first). The magnet was pretty warm. I dont know if something shorted and caused the heating or not...

Are you guys all mentally challenged? Fi subs don't have a warranty.

I'm pretty sure the BTL series only doesn't have warranty..
