Fi Q Wiring.

So I want to get 2, 12" Fi Q subs. Amp is undecided yet. If I get the Dual 1-ohm voice coils, and wire them like this, how much wattage from a 1-ohm mono amp will I need to power them. They are 1,000W RMS each.

Option 1 (series/parallel) = 1 ohm load

Voice coils wired in series, speakers wired in parallel

Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 1 ohm mono

Two 1 ohm DVC Speakers = 1 ohm load

And on Fi's site they offer a BP Power option. What is it and what will it do? Is it worth the $30 for each sub? Will I actually get my $60 worth from it haha?

Umm maybe I sounded a little more stupid then I thought.. I meant to clarify that they are running at 1k each instead of somehow combining into 1k total..

I have 2 Fi Q 12's and I have a Sundown 3000 going to them..They are rated at 1000 RMS but can take more..the BP option would be a good idea if your going to be maxing them out as it gives it better cooling.
