Its not even close get the Q..Louder, hits lower, can take more power, and has great build quality...

The D6 is a decent sub, but not in the same league as the Q

I figured. I have not heard either, but I have heard they are both good subs. Just be careful making such bold statements with little evidence.

OP, I think you will be fine either way. Both are good subs. There are Diamond TDX subs on Ebay for a nice price that would probably be a good choice.

sorry to bring this back up but i am also looking at gettnig a D6, is this going to be better than my stereo integrity bm 12" old model btw
