Fi Q or w7 ?

I think you can give the Fi more power, but equal power, I'd still stick with the w6.
You have VERY good subs. You just need the right box.

I'm really slow today.....X2. The W6 is probably my favorite sub, although I have a 1st gen Mag sitting next to me I have yet to audition.

sell 1 w6 and both amps. Buy a 1kw amp and build a ported box for the w6 thats left. It will wang.

dude deff go with the w7, my friend went from a 12 fi q that hit 138.6 or something on a termlab, he got a 12 w7, same box went to 143db, i hate to say this because i never liked jl, but jl ftw on this one

Why not just run the W6s in a sealed box? I know you're wanting to save space, going ported doesn't really fit that bill. I don't see a single 12" driver in a ported box being able to match the output of two drivers sealed, it might be close but I'm not sure exactly. Also, you already have the w6s so why bother buying new gear, you already have very good speakers, I'd personally stick with them.

dont mean to be a dick but do your research. its 1000 RMS. 800 will push it but not to its capability

That box was prolly perfect specs for jl not fi.Hence the difference of output
