thanks

How many cans of paint did you end up using ?
it was about 4 cans. **** is 8 bucks a can :/ the cans sometimes clog when they are almost out and wont spray but you can feel some left in there, i took the nozzle out and turned it and stuck it back in and got a bunch more out

that texture looks great with that red port:)
thanks sir

I'm gonna texture my box I am building atm with that. What exactly do you use/do for that. sorry I **** at paint.
its cool im not the best either this stuff turns out great in any situation, i didnt do anything except sanded the box a little, sanded all of the wood filler i put over the screws, and just put some coats on it, you have to let the first coat dry for a few then some spots you missed starts to show a bit then just touch it up. i throw a coat of clear on the whole thing after its dry

box looks great. be sure to take out the rear speakers for some cabin portage at the least. it really helped in my grand marquis.
okay ill let him know, i hope it fits in his crown vic okay i was looking at pics online of his trunk, its weird looking. i should be good width and depth wise, but im hoping the height is okay for it to close

why did you choose to do 5.2 cubes?? Just curious because the Q recommended box is 6cu. ft ( I used 5.5 and LOVED it) but it has troubles hitting the lows
the guy was behind kinda picky on the box size, i wanted to go bigger but with the dimensions he gave me this was all i could squeeze outta it

In order to answer your question, I would need to know what model (e.g. SW4200, SW7524DVC). Also, are you looking to make a ported box or sealed?
