fi q 12 box

im going to order my fi q 12 today i already have a box that i started to build its about 2.2 cuft with the bracing its a wedge box 28 wide 15 tall in front 12 tall in the back and 15 deep. it had to be built like that to fit in my honda preludes trunk. im putting a 4in aero port in it wut should i tune this to and how long should i make the port. i listen to mostly rap there will be some rock not very often its going to be used daily

Rap is a very generic term. What kindof rap? A lot of older rap/hip-hop from my experience doesnt have much low end extension, so a low tuning that most will recommend would only be wasting output in trade for something you wont use.

If you are using a 4" port I would suggest to use tape and just cut it down maybe 1" at a time until you start to find that happy medium you like. Much easier then just guessing and gluing it all together and then your stuck and have to buy a new port.

mostly newer rap like lil wayne, wiz kahlifa, waka flacka, stuff like that.
