Fi BTL on 1200 rms?

Would a 15 btl fully loaded be worth it run nine only 1200 rms? Would it be louder and cleaner than my sundown x 12 on same 1200 rms amp? If I was buying I'd get the bl version but a guy wants to trade my x12 for his 15 btl ufo with psi recone...I plan on upgrading amp when I get my new car next year.

You might be louder with it being a 15" over your 12". Its a good trade you should do it up.

i used to run a 12" btl on a rt t40001 at 1 ohm

1200 is not enough

I just got a CT sounds 1400.1. Which supposedly outs out around 1800..This should be a little better than the old SQ amp was

Assuming you have the space to build a proper box for the 15 it should be a good upgrade even on lower power.
