If you do not have at least 2kw do not even bother with a BTL...you'd be better suited with a Q/BL

Not quite sure why your buddy is running a 500/1 on a BTL, it's somewhat of a waste. He would have much better results with an SSD.

yea he said it is putting out about 900 watts and it is loud as hell so with 1500 to 2000 watts it would be alot louder

about 900 my ***.. JL is great.. At sticking to their numbers.. they don't surpass them by much.. they have the cool 1-4ohm same watt thing though

1500 would do it well, but you may just wanna get a BL instead. However if you was gonna upgrade in time, then I say buy it. Loud is loud, regardless of wat you put on it. 500
