Just stopped by the FI shop today to buy my Q.Scotts a really down to earth guy, and so is his worker, Paul. Extremely friendly guys, have some great stories, and even set me up with a sub right there on the spot instead of making me wait. I was sitting there as he was putting the dust cap on it lol.

Both really good guys. Friendly as can be.

FI audio FTW is right.

He mentioned ngsm13, saying that even though he can be pretty harsh on the forums, that he's really a great guy once you meet him in person. Was saying how hes glad hes on your good side lol.

Bwaaahhhahahahahahahaha. Good times.

Paul is a trip. Scott is cool as hell.

so my 12" xxx poped a tensil last week. after tring to find tensil wire online and failed i decided to call re for some. the woman said i woulf have to send the sub in for a recone. i said why cant i just buy the wire and all she could say was buy a recone kit. so i decided to email fi and see if they could do anything for me. either let me buy the wire or maybe send in my sub and have them recone it to a 15" q or btl. scott wrote an email back saying he would send me a foot or two for free even ship it free. i couldnt belive a company would do this all for free. im still tring to find out he can recone it to a 15" q or btl. ill will do business withb them again asap when i get the funds.

Just for future reference when you need to speak to someone at RE do not call the toll free number for the office, that will get you the guys at US Amps(Holly) in California. You need to call 702.575.2010 (tech support) . That will get you the guys at the RE buildhouse(David) in Henderson, Nevada. That works alot better. The guys in Cali are just following protocol, they dont have much room to wander from that.
