well first time i tried 3 weeks ago with btl questions since im ordering 4 very soon waiting for newer ones

figured never got it so i resent the email last friday

i emailed for the recone thursday so not expecting response on that yet

i will try nick cause the one i used was like sales@fiaudio or something

Yeah, try giving nick an e-mail directly, that's usually the best way of getting ahold of him.

i know..every other time ive contacted them with a question they always get right back to me. and then the time that i actually needed to buy something nobody would get back to me. I understand it was SBN but i think i gave them plenty of time.
