You can get a brand new 18" Fi BTL shipped to your door for $409 from Fi themselves. So no, it's not a good deal.

If it's fully-loaded, and it's $400 shipped... then yes, it's a good deal.

Its RMS is 2000W, however it can handle more daily.

Just depending on your electrical system and how much you want to spend upgrading it.
