I just got my sub 2 days ago and now i wanted to put a box together for my 04 Honda Accord.

I can't decide between 3.5ft^3 @33hz or 3.8ft^3 @ 33hz

What do you guys think i should tune the box to..

also curious... I just got 2 in the mail... wondering if tuning would be best at 30,31,32 or 33

what about the difference between

3.4 cubes to 4.0 cubes

I have mine in 3.5 @ about 32-34 (aeros) and it does quite well. Hopefully install my second one shortly.

usually the bigger the box, the less power you have to put to it to get the same result as the smaller box with more power

I have 2 of mine in 4 cubes each tuned to 32. It hits the lows but when that sub goes below tuning you can definitley tell. Honestly I think they might sound good at 30hz if you like chopped and screwed rap. I peak in my escalade at about 42 with the box tuned it 32.
