These were waiting for me when I got off work this evening,

I seriously got tired of the crap that was my stock 5x7 in my front door and decided to pick these lil beauties up.

Im currently awaiting my ID OEMs to match up with them.

I wanted to go active but the crossover I intended to buy was sold earlier this week, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif so im going passive with the Blaupunkt crossovers.

300w per channel at 4 ohm FTW!!

Thanks man, I hope so. I know that they need a slight break in time to really open up. I wanted some Seas Neos but could not afford them at the time, plus if these work out ok, ill prob hang on to them for a sec.

Got a chance to hook them up temp this morning off the Orion and they sound great, not super bright and not laid back, just somewhere in the middle. Nice value for anyone looking for a good low cost tweeter that sounds good.

I just installed my Pioneer Premier TSD-720C's 6 3/4" componet set yesterday and I again can enjoy music! I was one of the ones glad to sell my RSD's, lol!

That is truly a understatement my friend, ive never dealt with mids that were this heavy. I laughed to myself when I got off a couple of hours ago, walked in the house and my mom was like "you got a package in the back, a heavy one".

Could not resist testing them tonight so I hooked them up to the mid output from the Blaupunkt's passive crossovers and they sounded soooooo nice.

Only getting 100w each set from my Orion. Cant wait to get them mounted and for my Punch 150 25 to life to get here so I can feed them some real power //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

got those crossover too, but i never hooked them except on hu power... so that doesn't mean anything.

With what woofer they could be paired the best? with that actual included crossover. Can they take a lot of power? (300w rms)

You've got two choice on the crossover 3k and 6k if i remember well. Where are you gonna cross with this woofer?

From what i remember, just with my headunit the tweeters were so loud i could feel the liquid in my ear moving.
