After that picture, we made a working, latching tailgage and some tiedown hooks on the edge of the "bed"

That was one of the things we talked about doing. It still needs a back window or at least some way to keep the rain/snow out of the interior.

Yea it sags real good. Surprisingly though, it still has another couple inches of travel before it bottoms out.
