yeah this is only a feeler, i wanna know what i can get for this... it will do 2000w at 14.4v + @ 1ohm, will take up to 18v.

Just curious, you have any idea how it was modded for 18 volts or was it?

i removed the diodide D106, the protection still works against over heat.

yup, but apparently it wasnt modded when i got it from him, i contacted who C5 got it from and he told me that some of his amps were sent back to RF and RF put the d106 back in, that explained why it looked weird, but i took it off now for a succesful mod.

I got mine from him as well, so your saying it might not be modded?

yes, i belive he got them from Tim( some spl competitor ) and tim had sent them back to RF before sold them to c5, and rf put the d106, u might wanna open ur amp to check, cuz i was curious and mine was there.

look for D106 its right ontop of D105. it will be hard to look for since its tiny, but trust me its there.. its by the middle of the amp. middle lower or upper i cant remember wich.

id also trade for an equal wattage amp.. 2000-2200w at 1ohm, come on guys these amps are very efficient.
