To much technology to even begin to go into.....

Please, please.. enlighten me in this technology that is so amazingly rare and ground breaking..

Because I have played with my friends SG3s (and had a SG2 and original note myself) and they were nothing special. iPhone did everything they did, but better and way more solid. I have had every iphone apple has made, and straight up I think when I got my iphone 4 I had it for 1.5 years and I dont think it was ever powered off ONCE since the day i bought it. My phones are on for like 5 months straight.

Try that with the samsung phones LOL it would crash on the daily

just one awesomely simple feature, when your getting a call and you want to ignore, just flip the phone on its face. Stops ringing and directs the call to voice mail.. Like I said, the wife has the Iphone5 and I know which phone has the best features... also, facial recognition, thats a pretty crafty and simple feature. You can program the phone to do certain things when shaken (like calling Uncle joe if shaken straight up and down), the notorious S-Beam, Still MANY more that others have yet to implement but you get my point.

Also, with an app killer the S3 will last the entire day.. Im with you on the whole "powering off" thing, I think it died on me once while on a roadtrip because the charger was F'd, besides that I charge it every night while powered on... Got it in September.

Dude, thats all software stuff. Not "technology". you can get any of that **** on a jailbroken iphone 5 (I wouldnt use any of the stuff you listed anyway)

App killer? You mean task manager? because I can do that on my iphone by double tapping the home button.. i dont even do that, and mine has lasted 2+ days.

oh, Im so terribly sorry, I didnt realize we were being technical here, but it seems you may have gotten butthurt from the "Apple really is not the greatest" comment.

1) IF you have to go through the trouble of jailbreaking it in HOPES of obtaining just SOME of the "software" features the S3 comes with, how is that a better deal?

2) Attempting an amateur jailbreak and brick a ipod/iphone, dont try it unless you know what your doing because you will end up with a paperweight.. Just PAY someone money to do it so you can have the features Samsung offers for free.

3) App Killer/task manager are the same thing. And yes, the S3 also has it built in, and yes, I too only have to hold the home for 3 seconds.

4) The Jelly Bean OS is AWESOME! ios6's major change was dropping google maps due to a disagreement (bad move according to EVERYONE)

This could go on and on but as you could see from my initial post where i did NOT go into any detail, I didnt care to get into this argument but arrogance and ignorance are probably my largest pet peeves, I cant help but crush them.

Also, as long as you like to talk about the battery life, lets not forget that apples batteries are built in to their product.. when they crap out (and they will, just use google.. which apple no longer offers) your stuck buying a new ipod/ipad/iphone. Believe me (happened to a touch of mine) they dont honor any warranty on the battery because they have no clue how often you charged it, if you left it on the charger much past its 100% point (will fry a battery) etc. etc.. We have a macbook pro, 4 touch's, and the iphone5 so Im not "Anti-Apple".. Im just a realist and there are much better products out there to be had, like the S3

In the Pandora station selection screen, look in the bottom right corner and you should see a gear. Tap the gear and the settings menu should open up. Tap advanced and the rest should be easy enough.

Dude, you are a sheep. You cant help but crush them? EVERYTHING YOU LISTED THAT THE GALAXY CAN DO SO FAR I CAN DO.. so you're points are all invalid. You said the technology is amazing and the iphone cant compare. They do the same ******* thing. Lets start here.

1) Because apple decides not to put that garbage software "facial recogniition" that no body uses. If you are a 13 year old asian girl who requires all these pointless features, then jailbreak your iphone and it does everything an android can do. Done, end of story., No contest.

2) jailbreaking takes about 5 minutes. You CANNOT brick your phone, even a monkey can do it. HOWEVER, if you try to flash/rom your android, you CAN brick it very easily.

Kinda funny ppl hate the iPhone sooooo much but if it was never made there would be no droid smartphone... If you look at all the new phones that have came out since the first iPhone.... What do they look like...!??! THE IPHONE DUH!!!! Touch screen and no buttons.. All phones chase the iPhone....
