trying to mix up my cardio since my pec is still ****ed. i usually swim for an hour 4 days a week, but my pec won't allow that right now. bored as hell of the eliptical trainer and my knees don't allow running. what else is enjoyable? i love jumping rope, but it also gets monotonous. what do u all do?

since you dont have ***, try beating off for a few hours a day, make sure to switch it up though, left to right hand

 
I usually swim...sometimes I go for the eliptical machine, but swimming is the best overall workout I think. No pecs though = no swimming, so just stick with something you can do right now. It's only for a few weeks til your muscle heals up and you can get back into the swing of things.

 
Wait, I just remembered the best way to get in shape...as long as your pec that's hurt is the one opposite of the handedness you are......ultimate frisbee.

hmmm thats funny, only ******* use the eliptical, wait, that makes sense.
If you're speaking strictly of cardio I'd go to your local gym and jump in a pickup basketball game or start tennis up with a buddy, easily the best ways to lose weight while having fun.

Still, its a fact that lifting weights burns more calories then running on treadmills (or if your a ******, doing the eliptical). Although your pec does not allow you to do whatever you want to do (once again, you sound like a ****** whining), you should try to lift weights other then bench (and other chest exercises). I'd hop on the machines and workout legs/biceps/triceps/core that way it is isolating.

But back to the topic, swimming/tennis/basketball is the way to go. Either that or just accept the fact you'll be fat and be happy about it!

i play tennis 4x a week...and stfu unless you've ever been in my situation (regardless of current injury).
