Favorite Beer

oh, and winter weeds out homeless people. you can live without A/C but you cannot live without heat in -10 deg. weather.
We get temps similar to you here in upstate ny but you can't drive past destiny mall without seeing at least one homeless person.

i cant drive one block without a bum begging me for money. have i mentioned miller lite sux will never buy again. Ive been looking for something similar to bud light but stronger. i dont like bitter or fruity beer but dont like drinking a twelve pack to get drunk either. yeah liquor is quicker but you cant really "drink" liquor.

Pretty much any micro brews not the trash beers brewed by the big names the majority of people will say are their favorite. anything brewed by anheiser etc all tastes like water to me. Good rule of thumb is if its brewed in belgium by monks its probably amazing. My favorite beer i dont think i could name i love too many, but theres a company local to me in eastern PA called weyerbacher that brews a beer called blithering idiot. 12% alcohol of drop you on your *** amazing barleywine. I really enjoy trying as much as i can

not everyone gets into it, it took me a little while to start to develop the taste for it all, but it just became more and more enjoyable over time. Ive had so many beers already i wish i would have started a list. im also working on this "mug club at a local pub thats 60 microbrews to receive like a pewter engraved mug. Pretty nuts though because going for just a few beers is garunteed to get you fucking buzzed as a lot of them are really strong or larger bottles.

American - New Glarus - Stone Soup (brewed and distributed in Wisconsin, USA)there are others I really like but New Glarus as a brewery is solid.

Worldwide - Westvleteren 12 (Trappist Ale brewed by monks for centuries, not "commies")

Trappist Ales are my #1 beer world wide and only brewed in 5 monasteries world wide. Only 28 recipes exist.

I've tried at least 400-500 beers in the past 10 years. I usually get something new each time, and occasionally go back for favorites (of which there are dozens). I started saving bottles about 6 years ago. I plan on lining shelves in a game room with them. IMO - Beer is only as good as the variety available. One thing I've learned over the past decade is that you never know what you're missing until you've tried it - and good or bad, you still get drunk.
I started a little bottle collection as well, Ive only been keeping the bottled conditioned large bottles though, i believe i have around 30 now. and yes Trappist ales are fantastic. Them monks know what they're doing!

There are too many good local breweries to be drinking that mass produced garbage like Budweiser/Miller/Coors etc.

I try to drink only local/Michigan beers.

Hell with that. With all the BL I drank I could **** and put out one of them lil breweries if it caught fire.

Used to drink Mickeys, Sam Adams cherry wheat, Mick Ultra, Corona, Dos E, Tecate, prett much whatever was available. Nowadays I stick with mick ultra or corona, since I cant drink any more(well I am not suppossed to but ya know how hard that is).

My go to beers are Dogfish 90 minute and Maduro from Cigar City Brewing as far as Domestic beer is concerned since this is what the topic is about lol.

On special occasion's I'll mess with Dogfish 120

And for stupid hot summer days here in Miami, sometimes I will drink a sixer of Seadog blueberry or Shocktop honeycrisp apple wheat.

Grain Belt - Nordeast is a local fav. made in my back yard. The Schell Firebrick is pretty decent to.

Surley is made one city over and has some nice stuff as well.

When I'm in the Netherlands I drink Korenwolf It's a delicious Viet Beer usually served w/ frozen lemon wedge

"It quite refreshing after a day of banging hookers and vaping" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

And my preferred Belgian white I can get stateside is Hoegaarden

Belgian beer FTW //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I like the shock top end of the world wheat, blue moon belgian, sam adams boston lager. I also like yuenglings port and black & tan, which is usually in the fridge. And I only drink bottled, never from a can. I will be trying the Stella Artoir this weekend.
