no fan unless its real hot...and always a blanket, even if its hot i have to use as least a sheet. but i have xm on every night. i might turn the radio on every now and again but mostly xm. oh..and socks...have to be wearin socks!

Definitely on. When I travel I try to take a small fan with me in my luggage, or I end up buying a cheap one for the hotel room. The noise is a requirement to drown out little creakin' shit in the house, but also if I don't have some air circulating on my head, I'll sweat through a pillow, even if it's 40F and I'm snuggled in a blanket. lol

Go figure.

And most ceiling fans won't cut it, the air has to be blowin' on me, plus they usually don't make much noise (by design).

humidifier in the winter and fan during the summer. White noise definitely helps. Otherwise, it gets too quiet and I hear the blood pumping through my ears and it keeps me up

It got down to 32 here in fl a few nights ago and i had the fan wide open covered with a sheet, a comforter (sp?) and a hoody on lmao...

For you northern folk, 32 is stupid cold down here!
