factory xovers?

I am have jeep liberty with 6.5 seperates. The doors have this stupid plug instead of a nomal boot for the wires to run through. It seems my best bet for amping the speakers is to tie in behind the radio. Not my 1st choise but seems to be the easiest thing to do.

Since these are seperates, are they crossed over from the factory passively? If so, how to I bypass them?
