Bought a yellow top BNIB from amazon.com and they shipped it 5 days earlier then expected, but it got damage during shipping and has a freakin hole in it!

there's something u can do.....it's not your fault, its either shipping or amazon's fault.

If it was damaged in shipping you should atleast b able 2 get another one shipped out. UPS or Fedex will reimburse the shipper up to $100 even if it wasn't insured. Course a yellow tops worth more then that, but prolly not much more then that for the retailer. I've never heard of a no insurance rule for hazmat with either shipping co.
