this amp has had the power supply completely rebuilt by me, with all new date code matching power supply 'fets"..and all the needed parts to complete the repair to make the amp good as new again....i have done vibration upgrades on the amp as well..added solder to the "fets"legs, and epoxy the transformers to keep them from moving around...

the amp has been fully load tested, and works as it should.. amp will not be dead on arrival...

i will even give you a 30 day warranty on the work i have done to it..

i am going by how sundown rates the amp... it probably could do .5ohm. but i don't recommend it...and i will not warranty the repair if you do...i would consider that abuse...

and no. i don't have the bass knob...i bet jacob has a room full of them...

I ran 2 1500's at .5ohm daily with no problems. HO alt and 4 batts, so just make sure you electrical is up to par.
