*LOL* I have 3 others trying to trade a 9835 for it haha. Funny I went from a 9835 to this deck. It would have to be a low hour flawless 9835 in order for me to consider a very partial trade cash wise...

I love my CDA-9835 very much. BUT! The thing is not flawless got ****it! I am not sure how I feel about this deck. Very nice specs but the overall look is ok, I like the alpine look but I'm ready to try head-units. I have always had Alpine head-units. Going from CDA-9835 to CD7000 which one do u like better?

The cd7000 took some getting used to for sure and I felt lost at sea trying to figure out settings and all when I got it, now I can set anything on it in a few minutes., but the extra eq bands kicked arse for sure in my particular setup. It is a very nice deck overall. Once used to it, I like it better than my 9835. Also check the review section, I did a review on this same deck long ago.

GPS is a cool toy feature on the deck. Just adds some additional cool stuff to it. Screen is pretty small so nav functions were limited.
