file claim with paypal. Jonny seems to be a good guy but you cannot wait forever. Especially when you havent had contact.

ya man this is strange. He posted around other threads after you already paid him.. but for sum reason hes ignorin this one. and doesn't seem to be trying to let you know what's up.

you should give a PM to all his Refs and see if they can help you contact him

If there still is no contact, you should be able to get his Home Address from one of his Refs by them checking their Transaction Details in paypal.

he can do that himself go into paypal look up the transaction click the details and go to the bottom look for resolusion center start the process and if i remember correctly the will give you the persons phone number to try and sort it out between your and him if you to cant resolve it in a few days you can request your money back from paypal and they will try to get it back from him. if this fails you can take his info to the relavent athourities this is what they call mail/wire fraud but try and get his info and contact him hopefully this wont go further than you and him dealing with this. best of luck buddy

i wouldnt file a claim just yet.

give it two more weeks, email him a few times and then do it

just remember to NEVER close A DISPUTE until you have your money or item in your hand. If he says some shit like "close the dispute" DO NOT....I REPEAT DO NOT CLOSE IT!!

good luck to seller and buyer in this situation

This is in reference to Denial/Satan who is a well known scamer through alot of boards, and also here. He has done it twice here. He makes a name, builds some refs on somewhat smaller transactions, then ****s you on the big one.

I really hope i am wrong, believe me, I do, but the evidence is there.
