Well I have a paypal claim against him. Has anyone else filed one before? So now paypal says they will review the claim. Will they refund me even though he might be fraudulent? I mean will i get my money back even though he might be unable to locate? Basically, is there a good chance that ill get my money back is my main question?

It depends mang, last time i filed a claim thru paypal they only refunded half my money saying thats all they were able to recover. I guess the guy only had that certain amount in his account so yea if there's nothing in there then you probly screwed but I might be wrong. good luck man

still filed a paypal claim.. waiting on that.. they say like before the end of the month they should have it sorted out.. and i sent him a message via myspace.. see if he replies to that.. :/ this is so lame.. and I've been working back up to almost being able to afford a ps3 again... :/

Just curious....but why the hell would you buy with no pics? An item that expensive, I dont care who is selling it, and what their refs are....I wanna see a pic that its in there possession before I fork over that kind of money.
