i tested one of these against a American Bass 500.1 and it was only 1 DB lower than the 500.1

within .5 the z1a was slightly stronger. fyi i didnt do the test a good friend of mine did the test

mine when i clamped it before i got batts did 3600 at 11.3 volts there strong and will run .25 daily if you got the batts behind them
