Package was 2 days late so I thought something was up. Then the guy brings me this and says You might want to open it it looks screwed up. Plus this isnt the original packaging, so I think they messed it up as well and repacked.

Well the gasket has a hole in it, Surround is all scuffed up, magnet has a few chips in it, she is all scratched up in the basket, plus there are foam peanuts wedged in the cooling holes around the VC, so I am a little scared to put any power to it. None of this is acceptable, she was brand new.

This isnt the original package . It had original foam surrounded package that SI sends them out in. This was repackaged by FEDEX.

I have had more than one problem with UPS, thats why I switched. They all ****.

lmao that's the definition of irony. I worked @ ups for 2 weeks until I got a full time job... I'll never ship with them again.

hmmm ive never seen the original packaging from Si fail, or any style that way... Although i suspect it was a tape joint that failed causing the sub to fall out and loose its nice pal the OEM packaging. thats just my guess

Fedex drivers take more responsibilty than ups drivers

from what i understand UPS drivers get paid an hourly wage, fedex drivers are more like ppl that are contracted out by fedex to deliever for them.
