i bought some distro blocks from some douchebag here on the forums and they werent even the size he said they were (see my neg feedback thread for the douche). Now he wont give me my money back, so i filed a claim with paypal. paypal CLOSED my ****ing claim b/c they "dont process not-as-described claims that are non-ebay related". WHAT THE F*CK IS THE POINT THEN?!?! Why would anyone use paypal if you dont get buyer protection!? this is f*cking bullshit!!!

what if the transaction was made via an AIM convo or a message board???? In ebay they can go back and reference it, why would they go to a message board to see if it was accurate??? Where editing is much easier inorder to find out? They made a standard that was followed inorder to make it easy and fair. I agree with paypal on this one.

Yeah they used to cover not as described transactions before eBay bought them out. Now they want you to go strictly through eBay. I hate paypal too. I wish I knew of a different option with fewer fees.

yeah but if it says 0awg distro blocks in the payment title...how is that sufficient enough. besides they supposedly process claims of non-reciept...so why not of not-as-described?

sucks, i agree paypal blows... i have been buying and selling online since 98... I have done hundreds of transactions over the years and this year was the first year i got screwed... guess i was lucky but im out over $500 on the two transactions igot screwed on. Both paypal and both i was sided with but yet to get my money back... Pre egay paypal was so much better...
