Extremis 6.8's from acoustic visions?

I noticed that acoustic visions has the extremis 6.8's for $99.99 shipped, which sounds great. However, I noticed it says "per speaker", so does that mean that a set is $200.00, is it talking about per each set?

What tweeters would match well with these drivers? Would they be better running active or is there a passive crossover already made for them?
