Extended Cab vs. Crew Cab

A friend has a 08 Chevy Silverado Crew cab. Will a box designed for a 08 Extended Cab fit under the seat of a 08 Crew (are they the same)? Thanks for any input.

Im pretty sure they are different and the only place to put subs is behind the back seat in the crew cabs.

The only way to know for sure is measure an enclosure that has been built to fit one or the other for under the seats.

The difference's between extend vs crew cab is leg room in the rear seat area. Think of crew cab like chevy suburban with no third row seating.

I've built plenty of crew cab enclosure's for silverado's.

Here's the dimension I have for under the seats, use them to check the measurements against whatever your friends are under the seat.
