Could be different for a daily setup but the proven competition design is subs forward port up

I've yet to be convinced that there is a better sub/port orientation in an xcab than subs forward/port up. And I've heard many.

Yup, but according to this
I am getting sooo many suggestions. everywhere from 32-38, I am not going for a competition setup. I just want them to sound as good as they can.
He's going for more daily than comp. Thus the reason for my suggestion. 8)

In 2006 I think it was I ran a 98 s10 ext cab with 2 15s firing up and port up on driver side. Did 155.2 on music however do to a drunk driver I went to finals in a 240sx lol

Ok Im a super noob at this stuff so if what I say is retarded, just ignore it. It seems to me that I do not have enough space for the air to move if i faced the port forward. I am a big guy, 6 foot 3 and I cant move my seat up very much. I am working with about 4 feet length, 2 feet height, and 16 inches width. Also would the box be alot harder to build? This will be my first attempt at a box.

Thanks again guys for all the help.

At what frequency? What was the setup? I find that hard to believe. Maybe a 155 burp but not on music with subs and port up.

OP should do subs forward and port up as it will work great for daily.

I'm doing 2 15s in a 94 sub forward 8" port to the drivers side 41x15x24 6.09 after displacements
