Experiencing nasty interference!!

I need some advice. I have been experiencing horrific amounts of feedback ever since I installed my new system. Here is what occurs.

Only when the car is on do my speakers emit this noise. There is a whining that parallels the rpm of the engine, along with that, there is a clicking sound that increases in speed when the engine is revved. In addition, whenever I turn on my fan a humming noise occurs over everything else I explained. It's down right demoralizing! I know for a fact I have solid metal to metal grounds on all my components...bare metal and all....even scuffed all the paint off with a wire wheel. I have also tried to install noise suppressors in-line to the amps...no dice! The only thing I can think of next that I haven't done is to get a filter for the new antenna I installed. Any and all advice is immensely appreciated!! I can't stand the sound of my system with all this noise!

check your grounds again.

measure your ground with a meter. otherwise you're just guessing that you have a low resistance ground.
