Experience with MA800XL sub

Reading all the 8" hype and just generally looking for something new I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with these subs?

Thinking with these I could open up some space in my truck and not need to change out amps or anything else to match.

Any opinions, or comparable subs for similar prices??

That rockford looks like a pretty nice little guy. I will have to keep my eye on that one too. Probably be almost a month before I pick up anything to fiddle around with though, just gotta finish up school so I have some free time.
