I'm in the same position.

If I was building a brand new home in todays world I would definitely have something like that - perhaps not to that extent, but something similar (I guess the go big or go home / do it right or don't bother doing it at all comes into play when you're building a brand new home, though).

I'm in the same position.
If I was building a brand new home in todays world I would definitely have something like that - perhaps not to that extent, but something similar (I guess the go big or go home / do it right or don't bother doing it at all comes into play when you're building a brand new home, though).
