expanding foam

hey there people....ok first off i get tons of ratteling from the bumper whenever the bass is on(even low volumes)...i already took off the my plates and frames and its still sounds like poop....

so i was watching monster garage and they had this foam that expanded when mixxed with another liquid...so i got this idea, but i want to make sure of it first....

can i pour sum of the foam into the bumper and let it expand and have a little hole at the bottom to let the extra foam out....

or take the bumper off and put sum second skin and all that poop???

U can buy the expanding foam in cans just spray it in there.

No need for mixing.

Can get it at places like, walmart ect......

R U serious?! I'm not saying it's impossible, but I've never heard of this happening! I would think that the foam would ooze out holes, crevices etc. before actually warping sheet metal.

Ive seen it happen, but it was when it was a larger flat part of the body.

yeah it can... just use a little bit cause it expands like 3x... and even keeps expanding for up to 24hours

Yes,it will warp the sheetmetal if too much is used. I put some in rear trim panel below the rear glass of my 78 gran prix an it warped the hell out of it.The next morning I came out and the stuff was oozing outside of the car.I used way too much.Go SLOWWWWW.

has to be exposed to air to activate it, i reckon

after u use it, and the little bit that is at the tip of the dispensing hose gets hard, u can snip it off and the part that was sealed off inside the tube is still soft and ready to spray

Is this really the case? Because I wanted to use it in a couple places around the box in my wheel well just to fill it out, but if I ever wanted to take everything out, I guess this isnt gonna be an option for me.
