Execution Audio 1/0?

I have used only the ofc wire and it is very good wire.

From what i was told execution audio was the testing brand made by ct sounds.

All EA & AudioTechnix products were in the testing phase when being sold.

EA had better results.

Just got 100ft of it last week and it is some nice wire for the price
You're running the exact same amps as I am so.. I guess if it's working out for you then maybe it will for me too! Haha

Would you buy it again? Or would you spend the extra money and buy knu/sky high or something?

I have not installed it yet but it is rated 250a load at 20ft and I will be doing 2 runs for all my + and - as I have another bk 1800 waiting to installed after I get all the wire and my new alt in my car. By the looks of the wire it is of good quality and should not have a problem carrying the 250a load. For the price I don't think I would have a problem purchasing again

Cant go wrong with sky high but hey for the price why not try out execution? Personally I use cadence and its always worked great for my 4000 watt setup
I concur I run 0 gauge OFC Sky High from Mylows10 but if the price is ok. I'd still go OFC though why skimp you're going to end up using OFC eventually anyway when you want to go bigger.

If you need CCA the Execution will do fine.
If you need OFC get welding wire. Honestly No car audio OFC brand is worth the money.
Cool, I plan on using just cca from bat/amp... Im probably going to use 2/0 welding wire for the big 3 just because a friend of mine can get it super cheap from his job. I guess i'll go ahead and give this execution a shot.. 50' for $60 just worried me lol

I have never personally installed the execution 1/0 but I see it a lot (friend is a dealer). I have installed many execution audio 4 gauge wiring kits though and never had a problem with them. Great stuff for sure

Appreciate the feedback.

So a friend of mine works at a parts store.. They sell 1/0 2/0 3/0 and 4/0.. It's labeled as 'starter cable' the 1/0 is like $6 a foot.. he says its ofc, extremely good wire. It's true 1/0 it looks great.. On the side of it it says "Sae J127 Type 2 60v & sae J378 50V 2/0 Ga 105c (221F) DRY"

Has anyone ever tried to use this for audio? I was thinking about getting the 1/0 from him.. The store sells it for like $6 a foot or something.. but with his discount he can get me it for $3 a foot.. All I plan on using this for the big 3.. Should/Could I use this stuff?

thats low voltage 50-60v rated cable, which is high enough for us, the jacketing on the cable is not going to be as thick as other normal wire, as long as the 2/0 is true to its word it would work fine for the big three, just keep it free from any pinch points or places to damage the jacket

I'll probably use heat shrink on it. My biggest concern was the voltage on it like you said, and if it would be okay to use under the hood. Using heat shrink brings me to my next question. Running 1/0 from bat to trunk.. Is heat shrink necessary?
