was it in a driveway or on her property? if so homeowners insurance will cover it.

actually they wont cover it, and also homeowners only covers up to $500 for motor vehicles, rv's, boats, lawnmowers etc...and in most cases they have to be under a covered structure to even be covered...there are certain circumstances however where things differ...

The big thing I believe over this was that my mom.... ratted me out kinda to her own insurance company by mentioning that I am the only person who drives the vehicle... Im thinkin thats what happened... Because really, how could I ever be responsible for a thing that happened to my parked car... but I dont know to be honest... I only spoke to the other peoples insurance company

The car was parked, therefore nobody was driving, therefore no adjustment should be made to your premium.

Well .. when i was rear-ended by another vehicle .. the car was my brothers' .. and the insurance company still talked to and gave me info about the accident.. and my brother's insurance didnt go up .. because i was "borrowing" his car. Oh yea .. and im suing the other insurance company for bodily damage to me and to the car. I recently had surgery approximately 2weeks ago .. so its looking good for me so far.
