had one on my palm a few years ago about the size of a dime and one on my forefinger a few weeks ago. best method is to tear away the skin around it anduse needle nose pliers to rip the entire thing out, then dip it in pure rubbing alcohol. put neosporin on it and keep it bandaged for a bit. i usually dip it into alcohol for the next two days. then they are gone
