I'm dealing with my second one. The first one was on the palm of my hand. I never thought to do anything about it. But i'd literally chew it off and it would come right back. A year later it just disappeared over a week. Go figure.

But now i've got one on my elbow. It's probably been there 4 months? I've been using the little pads for a month or two and they've helped a little bit. But they seem to have quit working. A few weeks ago i went at it with an exacto knife and cut the ****er off.... but guess what? It came right back.

Anyway, yesterday i purchased the liquid acid and it seems to be doing a much better job. Today i took the hobby knife (again) and helped it along its way (oh and i used tweezers too). Cutting off the thick white flesh that had coated the top of it and then using the tweezers to rip away what flesh i could. I bet i got rid of half of it. Then i coated it with the acid. The bleeding part turned kind of gray... Oh well.

If this doesn't work i'm going to have to pick up some drain cleaner.

I had to go to the doctor to get mine removed. They froze it and put some type of chemical on it, and it was gone in a few hours.

i had one back when i was 8 and all the old folks told me to tie some thread to a needle and stick the needle and thread thru the wart and pull it out the other side. then leave it somewhere and whoever finds it will get the wart. sounded like bullshit to me but i tried it anyways. it went away about a week later. sometimes i wonder about old people and their old ways of doing things. lol

i had some on my hand, had em burned off at the dr office when i was younger.

I had one on my wrist. My wife bought some stuff at Wally-world that you could freeze them off similar to what the doctor does.

I've also heard that keeping a piece of duck tape on the wart will make it go away after a week to a month from what I've read.

i had 3 , the first my dog tore off by jumpin on me. It was on my elbow. the 2nd i tore out and dug down to get the roots with some wire cutters. My 3rd was on my elbow to and i had it froze off at the docs.
