ever been to Indianapolis?

I'm looking for a nice hotel to stay the night on my way out to IL and everything looks kinda trashy... heard the holidome was nice but it looks dirty in the photos.

so has anyone ever stayed at an exceptional hotel? i've looked at over 100 and still can't find anything nice //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Are hiltons nice? i've never stayed at one..

stay at the sybaris if ya wanna nice one. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif there are so many that i can't think of one right off the top of my head. your probably better off driving a little north or south to one of the outlying (sp?) citys for better pricing.

Lots of nice hotels in Indy.. just gotta look. Hilton Hotels are always nice..

I went there for work with a bunch of co-workers for a 2 week stay almost 8 years ago and they put us in the Residence Inn North.

Very nice accommodations.... wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen with dishwasher and oven, upstairs main bedroom, fold out sofa and a murphy bed downstairs, basketball court in the center of the hotel complex. Lots of cool stuff.

Just katty-corner was the 86th Street Pub which a lot of us hung out at since it was about a 5 minute walk.

Not sure what the rates would be today, but back then we got the suites for $99 each per night.

When I was there for DB Drag finals we stayed in the courtyard marriot that was outside of indianapolis
