here in iowa, no. People are actually really down key and just wanna go home. stuff does happen but it is really minimal

MIP, that's all. Bullshit jail, I had 4 other friends in the holding cell with me, and 5 more friends were in the holding cell across the way. It was rather fun

I've had friends in and out of jail, and for all of you who are getting these little punishments for DUI

Friend of mine 1st DUI - Lost License 6 months, over 1000 in fines

2nd DUI - No license loss. One year probation, 5,000 dollar fine, Ibelieve is what he told me

3rd DUI - Served 6 months + variable fines. They dont play that shit down here

Note - he also had a in-car breathalyzer to start the car, ha.

When he got caught the third time, they should have shot him apon conviction. No excuses for pieces of shit like that.

DUI in MD....You go the **** to Jail. Pretty much no matter what it is. If you got caught driving, and was stated that you could not control your vehicle you will be doing weekends, the 1st time.

2nd, 1yr with no license, Lots of fines, 60 days, suspend 30.

3rd 6 Months, Plus the 30rd day suspended sentance

Dont know what its like in other states but in iowa the minute you hit prison they cut half your time off for good behavior..... 1 day = 2.2 days to be exact...... but if you mess up and get in trouble they do room restrictions, hole time, and take away good time. in iowa if you get ten years for a NONVIOLENT offense you will do less then a year in prison the rest will be parole. we are too overpopulated. rockwell city prison has a population of about 650 or so and its only made for 496 inmates. have fun. that would drive me nuts being in a room thats made for 8 and having 12 or 14 in there.

But its not liek that around here. 10 year sentance means you will do mostly all maybe get work release after 7-8 If you are lucky, And get out at 8-9 MAYBE.

I'm not being a dick or anything but why don't you just shoot yourself in the head instead? They WILL end up killing you or arresting you anyway, but you rather try to take out cops or whoever even though all they're trying to do is their jobs to keep low lifes off the street? If you don't want to go to prison for 10 years than don't do bad shit, simple as that. I never blamed anyone but myself for anything that's gone wrong in my life and things that were out of my control I got over it.

12 hours in a "drunk tank" cell with like 10 dudes. Some of the worst 12 hours of my life.

Sitting next to a dirty *** toilet.

They give u some nasty *** food, peanut butter in a bag and chemical juice that is 0% juice... sandwich that even my dog wouldnt eat.... and ur supposed to eat that nasty shit while some dude is taking a sh*t three feet away from you

Then u got crazy people in there. One annoying kid was actually happy to be in jail for the first time and was bragging to his pops over the phone about it. He was about to get beat the f*** up.

Then you got the 20 year old guard who thinks hes hard as sh** and stares u down while u are locked up.

F*** jail i cant even imagine prison, id probably be makin pruno and smokin weed to calm myself.
