Ever Been locked up, How long?

went to a half way house for 3 days for omvi. then got caught driving under suspended license and an open container. i plead not guilty and next court apperance is july 31. i think im looking at jail time? anybody second that?

Never had to spend a night in jail, nor plan to. Have been handcuffed twice. Once by mistake, once for hollering for my friend at graduation.

I've spent a couple overnighters and weekends in county, but never been sentenced to jail time. DWI, MIP, PI, MIC. That was back in my big party days of early college before I got serious about skool.

i got locked up 2 weeks after i turned 18, i had just got my first apartment and my best friend moved in with me. He was braking in to houses during the day and bring the stuff back to the apartment . I had no part of it but i let him store the stuff there so i got a aiding a burglar and some other crap got 10 years sup 2 do 8 but in indiana you get 2 for 1 so i end up doing 4 years in WESTVILLE if your from indiana i am sure you have hurd of it

15 days for second dui 5 days and 85 days house arrest for the 3rd. I get off hosue arest on july 10th. right now I take 3 breathalizer tests a day on a machine on my desk. it takes your picture right before the test is done so they can be sure its you.

MIP, that's all. Bullshit jail, I had 4 other friends in the holding cell with me, and 5 more friends were in the holding cell across the way. It was rather fun

I've had friends in and out of jail, and for all of you who are getting these little punishments for DUI

Friend of mine 1st DUI - Lost License 6 months, over 1000 in fines

2nd DUI - No license loss. One year probation, 5,000 dollar fine, Ibelieve is what he told me

3rd DUI - Served 6 months + variable fines. They dont play that shit down here

Note - he also had a in-car breathalyzer to start the car, ha.

actually if he didn't do time and only hardly lost his license on the first and not at all on the second sounds liek super easy dui till the 3rd. mine cost me my license for 1 year the first time 1 year lost and 1 year breathlizer on the ignition for 2nd and 2 years lost on the 3rd

really my 3rd was a 2nd 2nd. didn't get charged as a felony cause I rushed it through before they could ammend the charges.

A week for in juvenile for a host of things. I'd say it was because I was running with the wrong crowd, but it was my own choice.

Well I dont know what else was actually required - I just know in general that's what I remember, and I might be wrong on some of it. I know that in GA it's punishable by 1yr license for first, 3 for second, 5 yrs for the third DUI.

4th DUI you go to jail. You stay there.

I did 8 and a half months my first time in PRISON and 23 months my second time..... not a real bad *** but i did not do any short times. i was in and out of juvies since i was 7 years old. i finally grew up and got my head out of my butt and now am doing great. some people do grow up and get smarter. oh yea my prison time was forgery and burglary.
