ok so this happened bout a week ago, just now comin to my senses to start askin around on the net about it, i know most of you might laugh, but it was a jensen amp, and that sucker has meaning to me, it was a 4 channel amp that put out around 300 rms x 2 bridged at 4 ohms....anyone know of someone recently "aquiring" this amp in the chicago area, lemme know, i'd like to get it back somehow.

this is the only picture i really have of it

thats what i've been thinking, i guess they used a crowbar to lift up the trunk lid to make it look legit though, it all seems like it was setup way tooo well.

some shop in gary indiana is where the car was at at the time of the stealing, the car wasn't even driveable, man i'm almost willing to pay whoever stole it money just to get it back.

wasn't my car, i know better, no matter what shop if i ever had my truck worked on, the system is coming out, even the dash unit, and the front door speakers, if they want those back door speakers, have right at it, only thing that'll stay is the power wire, as good as i have that mounted in there, good luck getting it out.....

only shop my truck ever see's is a ford dealer though, considering its under factory warranty for the next 2-3 years....idk if he can comprehend how pissed i really am about that amp being stolen though(the guy i was letting borrow it) i could care less what they did to his car, they don't make amps like that anymore //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif

Shitty deal man. That freind should be looking for the exact model to replace it. I hope you get the original back though. Good luck. Start looking around the pawn shops in that area, might turn up.

that won't do you any good, my boy's caddilac didn't have any stickers on it, just tinted windows and a fresh black paint job, crappy jvc deck, he was just about to throw most of his equipment away too, cept for my amp, the subs and the deck were junk though, pioneer wally world type subs in a pre fab box.

only sticker i got on my truck is a car club sticker, and being i'm vice president of it, i'm not about to remove that.
