epic- 150 eq

i got one of these off my friend for my haro bike but anyways would this be a good eq to use with my cdt componets and sub? or should i sell it and how much would retain of a used one of those be what would you do?

An epic-150 is NOT an EQ. It is like an Epicenter but the Epic-150 has a Mic that measures how loud your car is. It is meant for subs.
