enough to power setup?

I think it is highly dependent on your stock alternator. If the alternator is big enough the battery size shouldn't matter. But it better be pretty big to support those amps.

battery size would still matter. too small of a battery and if it takes the brunt of anything while playing it would die fast then try to recharge fast which heats it up. can cause swelling which is like venting which is boiling the inards of the battery. also if you go too small and listen to it with the key off its more like to die faster or cause your alt to burn up because of the load.....a good long lasting electrical system a good solid alt and battery is needed just like ying is to a yang

would a kinetik hc1400 be enought to power 2 Hifonics BXi1206D amps, and be my car battery as well...?
depends on how the amps are ran (load on them) and how you listen. if you have a 140+ amp alt i would think an 1800-2000 would be ok or a group 31 sized (2400, optima, oddyssey 2150 (1700 its a little smaller than a g31 but should still work) deka indimidator g 31)

yea, i would be getting a 200A alt, big 3, the loads i would be running is each amp @ 1 ohm, i may decide to get the BXi2006D, then one amp.. but still at 1 ohm. i dont think a 2400 would fit in my car, not sure, i would have to measure, but i prob. will go w/ the 2000...
