Enough Power??

On a new system, I will be running the following in a 2004 BMW M3:

Alpine IVA-D310

JL Audio 450.4 powering Boston Z5's in the front and JL Stealthboxes in the rear

RF 250.1 punch amp running 1 10 W7 in the trunk

Is the rockford amp going to be enough power for the 10" JL Sub?

Also, should I need a cap with this amount of power?

Thanks in advance!

PS the rockford amp is one that looks like this:

I really appreciate the response...one question is that I thought this amp was supposed to be one of rockford's old "cheater" amps? The only reason I am skeptical about it not working is that I used to run 2 15" rockford DVC subs with the same amp, and it was beyond loud back then...any response on that? I have read that this amp was SUPPOSED to be running closer to 750 watt instead of the rated 250.....let me know if that is bs. Thanks!
