Yes. Is it going to be the loudest set-up ever? No.

You cannot under-power a sub. You may not have enough power available to meet your expectations, or even the recommended RMS, but it's still not "under-powered".

Two D3's will work fine on your amp, just make sure you get dual 4ohm subs
