Enough Juice?

I currently have a 4 channel amp that will be running at ~120W RMS. I'm going to be getting a 500W RMS mono amp and putting it in my vehicle as well.

I have an alternator that spits out 105 amps, will this be enough to power of these amps? I will be doing the BIG 3 upgrade once I get this second amp.

you wouldnt even need the big 3 upgrade... as long as you wire everything up right. u should be fine

You could do up to about 1k rms with that alt and the big 3.

I have a similar setup, except I have a 4 channel amp that puts out 200 wrms x 4 and a 720 wrms x 1, my alternator is 105 amp (99 Monte Carlo) and at full tilt my lights do no dim. And I've yet to do the Big 3 but I'd totally suggest doing it, I will be here very soon, it'll help take some stress of my alternator. Good luck!
